I really enjoy making small films, these are some of the highlights.

Diwali Shenanigans

My favourite type of movie to make is the ones that are sprouted on the spot, capturing meaningful moments is something I have developed quite an interest for, In this specific video I got a bunch of my friends to come on a roadtrip on Diwali morning, and this is how it turned out.

KR Market: A much needed reality check.

When you are living life as a student in a city like Bangalore, it becomes very easy to get stuck in a bubble, your days become routine and your relation with reality changes heavily, when I was asked to go to KR Market, which is an open street market where thousands of kilos of goods are traded every day, I did not think I would be doing something different than usual. When I went to photograph KR Market, I was drawn in particular to the flower market, where quite ironically the most beautiful flowers were being sold on floors that was laced with filth. The people I met that day allowed me to understand how privileged I am. These are the stories I find the need to share and document.

Friends and Film Rolls

I always enjoy company, and being creative with the one’s closest to me is truly a blessing. This short film showcases a jam session, I hold this video very close to my heart as it was one of the last times I met my friends before leaving to Canada.

DirectedByMe.mp4

I have always wanted to be a director, its one of my passions that has been following me since childhood, one of the first things I notice in a movie is the framing and cinematography, this reel is a collection of pieces that I directed, shot, edited.
